TeamDynamix is a 2024 Customers’ Choice for IT Service Management Platforms on Gartner® Peer Insights™

TeamDynamix is excited to announce we have been recognized as a Customers’ Choice vendor for 2024 in the IT Service Management Platforms category on Gartner® Peer Insights™. This distinction is a recognition of vendors in this market based on feedback and ratings from 112 verified end users of our product as of March 2024. Overall, TeamDynamix reviewers gave us a 4.7 out of 5, with 93% saying they would recommend our product.

What do you like most about the product or service? 1.) Value- low cost, easy to maintain, easy to use 2.) Implementation- the “readiness” training before starting implementation is a different concept when preparing to implement an ITSM solution, but by having new customers go through a “boot camp” to learn how the platform works before they start configuring it for their specific uses, helps the administrators and the project sponsors really understand how the platform will work with existing ITSM/ITIL processes in the organization. 3.) Ease of Administration- We went from having a dedicated highly technical FTE supporting our previous ITSM solution to having administration divided across several people, including our Service Desk Manager. Administration was easy- no coding required, easy-to-use form builders, and easy-to-use workflow builders. We configured and launched TeamDynamix in less than 3 months from when the contract was signed to go-live.
