This team will work with you to first outline the project goals, then to design and configure the system to meet these goals. The team will also stay with you during the implementation and beyond, including a phased knowledge transfer period.
After the go-live, there will be continued engagements to calibrate and optimize the system. Once this is completed, you will be transitioned to the support organization. The support organization literally and figuratively sits between services and engineering. They will operate as your first line of assistance.

Following the opening presentation, the group is invited to an open discussion on the topic of the session. This approach allows customers to optimize their usage of the system as well as internal processes and policies.
